Payment Information

Whether you choose our automatic, monthly, or flexpay payment plan, you’ll find making payments easy with our multiple methods of payment acceptance.

GradCity accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express in the form of credit or debit, and also accepts check or money order by mail.  Upon signing up for your trip, your payment plan will be laid out for you, all the way up until the final payment due date.  See below for a basic breakdown of each GradCity payment plan:

Payment Options for Spring Break Trips:

  • Minimum deposit for trips over $900: $175
  • Minimum deposit for trips under $900: $100

Monthly Payment Plan:

On our Monthly Payment plan, you are responsible for making monthly payments by the end of each month. Your balance must be paid off by your final payment due date (December 15th).

  • Monthly payments for trips over $900: $175 per month
  • Monthly payments for trips under $900: $100 per month

Flex Payment Plan:

Flexpay is broken up into larger payments that are more spread out. You must make these payments based on the follow due dates:

Trips over $900:

  • Deposit due at time of sign up: $175
  • August 1st payment: $500
  • November 1st payment: $500
  • December 15th payment: final balance due

Trips under $900

  • Deposit due at time of sign up: $100
  • August 1st payment: $150
  • November 1st payment: $150
  • December 15th: final balance due

Payment Options for Summer Grad Trips:

  • Minimum deposit for trips over $700: $150
  • Minimum deposit for trips under $700: $100

Monthly Payment Plan:

On our Monthly Payment plan, you are responsible for making monthly payments by the end of each month. Your balance must be paid off by your final payment due date (February 15th).

  • Monthly payments for trips over $700: $150
  • Monthly payments for trips under $700: $75

Flex Payment Plan:

Flexpay is broken up into larger payments that are more spread out. You must make these payments based on the follow due dates:

Trips over $700:

  • Deposit due at time of sign up: $150
  • August 1st payment: $300
  • November 1st payment: $300
  • February 15th: final balance due

Trips under $700:

  • Deposit due at sign up: $100
  • August 1st payment: $100
  • November 1st payment: $100
  • February 15th: final balance due

Automatic Payment Option for All Trips:

It does not matter if you are attending a Spring trip vs. a Summer trip, or the overall cost of your trip- When choosing the Automatic Payment option, the credit or debit card that you use for your initial online payment will have a predetermined amount that will automatically deduct based on the payment plan you select. For automatic payment dates, please refer to one of the payment plans above. Come final payment, whatever your balance is at that time, the remaining amount will be deducted from your card on file.

Spring Break Trips: December 15th

Summer Grad Trips: February 15th
