In light of many changes going on in the country, GradCity wants to make travelers feel confident in booking their trip. Unlike travel agents, online booking websites, and other tour operators, GradCity offers more flexibility when reserving a trip.
If you end up unable to attend your chosen trip, you can protect your payments by having a friend or classmate take your place. Any fees normally associated with changes to a reservation will be waived and you can transfer your trip anytime until August 1, 2009.
We are pleased to offer you flexible destination options. If you sign up for one destination but you decide you would prefer to go somewhere else, you can use all payments made toward the new destination. There will be no fees, no penalties, no hassles. For students who are planning a grad trip that departs prior to April 30, 2010, you can change your destination until October 1, 20009. For all trips that depart after April 30, 2010, you have until December 1, 2009 to change your destination. We will even give the same pricing as we offered on the date of your original deposit at your new destination!
Once your deposit is paid, you can have some peace of mind knowing that we will allow you to reuse your deposit on any tour with us during your first year of college if you have to cancel.
Although the deposit is non-refundable if you outright cancel, you can re-use the entire deposit for up to one year in college.Copyright © 2010 GradCity, Inc. All rights reserved.
