OnSite Staff
GradCity provides the highest staff to student ratio in the industry to assist in travelers' safety and ensure they have the time of their life. While at their destination of choice, GradCity travelers have access to our staff members who are present 24 hours a day at our headquarter hotel. Staff is also available during each breakfast, lunch and dinner times as well as at events and in hotel lobbies during certain times. Get to know our staff, where they are always available to help you even when not on duty. Safety is our number one priority for all of our travelers.
- Staff available 24 hours - All GradCity travelers are given a contact number for our 24 hour cell phone if ever in need of immediate assistance. Staff is also present in our 24-hour office located at the headquarter hotel in each destination.
- Onsite GradCity wristbands- Wristbands help to indicate each student as a GradCity traveler. This helps our staff identify and assist our travelers as well as allowing the destination to know they are part of our group.
- Staffed Events - GradCity staffs all scheduled events from beginning to end, whether it is a day event or night event.
- Staffed hotels - GradCity staff is located during certain times in the lobbies of the hotels that our travelers stay.
- Bilingual - a majority of GradCity staff members are bilingual to assist all travelers.
- Trained in CPR and First Aid - most staff members are trained in CPR and general First Aid; if the need arises they are prepared to handle the situation.
- Cell phones and 2-way radios - all staff members are equipped with cell phones and 2 - way radios for immediate communication in the case of an emergency.
- EMT and emergency medical staff - GradCity employs and brings American EMT's to our destinations in case of a medical emergency - we also have 24 hour a day 7day a week medical personnel available.
- Airport Arrivals - GradCity staff is present at the airport when travelers arrive and depart. Staff members are easily visible with a red GradCity staff shirt and holding a GradCity sign.
- Welcome Orientation - When travelers arrive, they are brought to a welcome orientation hosted by GradCity staff members to learn all about the destination, hear safety tips, and get a schedule of events going on throughout their stay.
- Professionally Trained - All GradCity staff members are professionally trained prior to staffing onsite.
